If you have gained , it means you are eating stuff you used to eat which you shouldn’t. If you eat what you used to eat , you will weigh what you used to weigh. Don’t let yourself go back to what you worked so hard to get away from.

Started sunday. I only ate about 680
but today i’ve already eaten 704 which both are verry under my goal limit which is legit.
almost 2 days down 48 to go.
4480) This has become such a comfort for me it’s scary. Had a bad day? At least I’ll be skinny soon. Parents piss me off? Let’s starve until they care. Friends annoy me? I’ll be skinnier than them. Get a bad grade? At least I can restrict well. See a skinny girl? I can probably eat less than her. Feeling like shit? I can replace that with an empty stomach.
this was me, and it will soon be me again.
